Right of Withdrawal
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Haider Telekom GmbH, Schäfereiweg 8, 38723 Seesen, Tel.: 05381/1549, Fax: 05381/1559, Email: info@haider-telekom.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs and vehicle transport
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Goods suitable for parcel shipping may be returned using a suitable parcel carrier. The costs depend on the carrier and the shipment. For e-scooters and batteries, the carrier's acceptance and transport conditions for lithium batteries must be considered in addition to weight and dimensions. The vehicle transport rates below do not automatically apply to e-scooters suitable for parcel shipping.
Vehicles unsuitable for parcel shipping may be returned using a motorcycle or two-wheeler transport company suitable for the vehicle concerned. You are not required to use a particular carrier.
You may also return the goods personally. Arranging an appointment helps us receive the goods but is not a condition for the validity of your withdrawal.
For motorcycles, electric mopeds and other two-wheelers unsuitable for parcel shipping, you bear the direct return costs. For regular consolidated transport within mainland Germany over a distance of up to 800 km, these costs are estimated at no more than approximately the amounts shown below per vehicle.
The applicable weight and distance category is decisive. The amounts include statutory VAT, road tolls and the transport insurance included in the tariff. They are estimated transport costs, not an additional return handling fee charged by Haidaway.
Price reference: October 2026.
Calculation basis: MRT Motorbike Transport.
Further information about the transport rates
| Vehicle weight | Up to 200 km | Over 200 to 400 km | Over 400 to 600 km | Over 600 to 800 km |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 kg | €199 | €245 | €269 | €319 |
| Over 100 to 170 kg | €235 | €279 | €309 | €349 |
| Over 170 to 250 kg | €259 | €335 | €375 | €435 |
| Over 250 to 360 kg | €279 | €365 | €415 | €499 |
The category is determined by the vehicle weight and the transport booked. The transport calculation must specify the collection address and our return address at Schäfereiweg 8, 38723 Seesen, Germany. The carrier's method of calculating the tariff distance applies.
The table concerns the regular return transport of one vehicle, including its associated equipment. Separately requested express services or delivery on a particular date are not included in the estimate.
You may choose another suitable carrier, whose prices may differ. You remain free to use a less expensive suitable return method.
Island transport is outside our regular delivery area and takes place only by prior individual agreement. The same applies to vehicle transport exceeding 800 km or vehicles weighing more than 360 kg.
For such individually agreed deliveries, the different transport conditions and an estimate of possible return costs are communicated before the order is placed. The mainland rates above do not include ferry services.
Statutory provisions concerning the seller's obligation to bear necessary transport costs for justified remedies for defective goods remain unaffected.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
