By prior appointment only.

(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity, as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

A business customer is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction, as defined in Section 14 BGB.

(4) These Terms and Conditions concern the sale of goods through our online shop. Rentals and separately commissioned workshop or repair services are governed by the agreements made for those services.

Section 2 – Orders and conclusion of the purchase contract

(1) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer by us. It is an invitation for customers to submit an offer to purchase.

(2) Customers may initially place goods in their shopping basket without obligation. During checkout, customers enter their customer and delivery details and select from the available delivery and payment methods.

Before submitting the order, customers can review all details in the order summary, correct them using the functions provided, or cancel the ordering process.

(3) By clicking the final order button, which clearly indicates the obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods listed in the order summary on the terms shown there.

(4) After submitting an order, the customer receives an automatically generated order receipt email from the online shop.

This automatic acknowledgement only confirms receipt of the order. It does not constitute acceptance of the customer's offer. No purchase contract is concluded by this email.

(5) We review the order before deciding whether to accept it. Acceptance is communicated by a separate email expressly designated as “Order Confirmation” (“Auftragsbestätigung”), issued through our JTL-Wawi order management system.

The purchase contract is concluded when the customer receives this separate Order Confirmation.

Individual agreements concerning the conclusion of the contract remain unaffected.

(6) We may accept the customer's offer within three calendar days following receipt of the order. This period begins on the day after receipt and ends at the end of the third calendar day. If the customer does not receive an acceptance within this period, they are no longer bound by their offer.

(7) If the terms we propose differ from the customer's order, particularly regarding the price, delivery charges or model ordered, our proposal constitutes a new offer.

A contract on the amended terms is concluded only when the customer expressly accepts that offer. Silence does not constitute acceptance.

(8) Selecting a payment method or a purely technical payment authorisation does not, in itself, constitute acceptance by us.

Section 3 – Prices and delivery charges

(1) Prices displayed in the online shop include statutory VAT and all other price components of the goods offered.

(2) Any additional delivery or shipping charges are stated in the online shop and shown in the order summary before the customer submits a binding order.

(3) Depending on the goods, delivery may take place by parcel service, freight forwarding or an agreed vehicle transport service. The delivery method and charges shown for the particular order are applicable.

(4) Where a vehicle requires a chargeable assembly service or pre-delivery inspection, these services and their charges are disclosed before the order is submitted. Services already included in the product price are identified accordingly.

(5) Agreed delivery charges will not be increased unilaterally after the contract has been concluded. If different delivery charges are proposed before the contract is concluded, the customer's express agreement is required in accordance with Section 2(7).

Section 4 – Payment methods and due dates

(1) The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout. These may include advance payment by bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery and easyCredit instalment purchase.

Where collection is available, payment may be made using the method agreed for payment on site. The payment methods actually selectable during checkout are decisive; not every method is available for every order.

(2) For advance payment by bank transfer, the purchase price and agreed delivery charges become payable after the contract is concluded, within the payment period stated in the Order Confirmation. Payment instructions are provided with the separate Order Confirmation or afterwards.

(3) Payments through a payment service provider are also subject to the provider's payment terms disclosed during checkout.

(4) If no purchase contract is concluded, payments already received will be refunded without undue delay. Where a payment has only been reserved, we will arrange its release without undue delay to the extent this is within our control.

(5) The additional provisions in Section 5 apply to easyCredit instalment purchases.

Section 5 – Additional conditions for easyCredit instalment purchases

(1) Where offered during checkout, customers may select easyCredit instalment purchase as their payment method. This option is provided with the support of TeamBank AG Nürnberg, Beuthener Straße 25, 90471 Nürnberg, Germany.

(2) easyCredit instalment purchase is available only to consumers aged 18 or over and is subject to a successful creditworthiness assessment. The terms available for the particular order are displayed during checkout.

(3) If this payment method is selected, the following additional conditions, version May 2026, apply:

Additional General Terms and Conditions for easyCredit instalment purchases – official German PDF

These additional conditions form part of the easyCredit instalment purchase agreement. In the event of a conflict, they take precedence over the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions for this payment method.

(4) The version made available to the customer before submitting the order is applicable. Later changes to the linked document do not amend an existing contract.

(5) Payments relating to claims assigned to TeamBank AG can discharge the payment obligation only if made to TeamBank AG. Further details are set out in the additional conditions.

Section 6 – Delivery and collection

(1) Delivery areas, delivery options and delivery times are determined by the information in the online shop and the terms agreed for the particular order.

Deliveries to islands take place only by prior individual agreement. Vehicle transports exceeding the regular tariff limits of 800 km or 360 kg must be agreed separately before an order is placed; the costs of a possible return are also communicated at that stage.

There is no general undertaking that all goods are immediately available or will be delivered within five working days.

(2) For agreed advance payment, the stated delivery period begins on the day after the customer instructs their bank to make payment, but not before the day after the contract is concluded.

For other payment methods, the period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, unless a different starting point was stated before the order was submitted.

(3) Delivery by freight forwarding or vehicle transport is scheduled with the customer where this is provided for by the agreed delivery method. Customers must provide accurate contact details for this purpose.

(4) The scope of delivery, including assembly condition, assembly services and pre-delivery inspection, is determined by the relevant product description and agreed services.

(5) Where collection has been agreed, we notify the customer when the goods are ready. The collection location and date are agreed with the customer. Collection from the workshop at Schäfereiweg 8 is by prior appointment only.

(6) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration generally passes only when the goods are handed over to the consumer or a recipient designated by them.

The statutory exception applicable where a consumer independently commissions a carrier not previously named by us remains unaffected.

Section 7 – Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. Additional provisions applicable to easyCredit instalment purchases remain unaffected.

Section 8 – Statutory rights concerning defects and guarantees

(1) Statutory rights concerning defects apply.

(2) Where additional manufacturer or retailer guarantees are available for particular goods, their scope and conditions are set out in the relevant guarantee terms. Such guarantees do not restrict statutory rights concerning defects.

Section 9 – Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

The details, requirements and any statutory exceptions are set out in the separately provided withdrawal instructions. A model withdrawal form is also provided.

Section 10 – Contract language and storage of contract information

(1) The contract language is German.

(2) We store order information and email the customer the order details and the Terms and Conditions applicable when the order was placed.

(3) When the contract is concluded, the customer receives the separate Order Confirmation and the legally required contract information on a durable medium. For easyCredit instalment purchases, the agreed additional conditions are also provided on a durable medium.

(4) The current version of our Terms and Conditions can be accessed, saved and printed using the corresponding link at www.haidaway.de.
